This time 7 SORC members gathered together to fight in Class 4 CSA against all the performance boats. It was once again a wonderfull race for SY Kali to be part of the Caribbean Series. Sailing, Sunshine and Fun.. what more do you want. The organizer of the race makes it very special with fantastic crew parties and concerts every day.
RORC Caribbean 600 2019
Two SORC members joined an Austrian race team for the Caribbean 600 in Antigua. This race will also count for the Fastnet 2019 as a preparation. We remind you that you can join a campaign like this as soon as you become a SORC member. Just contact us on office@sorc.ch
RORC Transatlantic Race 2018
November 24th 2018, the SORC crew on SY Kali left Lanzarote for an 3100nm race across the Atlantic Ocean. 6 crew members skippered by Corinne Wirth, happily arrived in Grenada 18 days later. All safe and sound and the boat in the same condition as it had left the canaries. "It was a very smooth ride" no wind in the beginning and then 15 days of perfect trade wind condition. SY Kali is now sailing the caribbean season on the most events and will return to Europe.
